Although Google Sheets can do tons of things with texts and numbers, one thing it cannot is host images and provide a URL to share access to view that particular file. This is where an external service provider comes in to fill in the missing part.

Image solution

A third-party platform is required to be able to host the image files, provide a URL, and share access to view the content to external channels. In short, the file is uploaded to a cloud storage and the link to access the file is shared via the master data table.
