Here are the predefined fields included in the sheet, and a brief explanation for each of them.

  1. Animal Name: The name of the animal.

  2. Short Description: A brief description that is displayed on the front listing.

  3. Long Description: A longer description that is displayed inside the detail page.

  4. Images 1, 2, 3: Images of the animal.

  5. Animal Type: Species of the animal.

  6. Breed: Breed of the animal: If unknown, input "Mixed".

  7. Color: The color of the animal.

  8. Age: The age range of the animal.

  9. Gender: The gender of the animal.

  10. Size: The size range of the animal.

  11. Vaccination Status: Check if the animal has received the necessary vaccines.

  12. Medical History: Special medical treatments the animal has received.

  13. Neutered: Check if the animal is neutralized.

  14. Behavior and Temperament: The characteristics and personalities of the animal.

  15. Preferences and Requirements: Special needs that the animal needs or requires.

  16. Contact URL: The link to contact the shelter to ask about the animal adoption.

  17. Published: Check to publish the animal for listing.
